Client: Skretting

In 2024 I started creating tailor-made workshops for my clients, including Skretting. For the past three months I have developed workshops to meet teams’ needs and to help them fill in knowledge gaps.

The challenge:: To develop in-person and digital sessions to share tips, knowledge and procedures that enhance brand cohesion across teams and locations globally.

The approach: We created a road map for different teams. For the local offices around the world, we developed a workshop to talk about brand cohesion and we provided practical tools to develop social media templates that save time and ensure that the brand (Skretting) is experienced in the same way regardless of location. For the R&D team based in Stavanger, we created a workshop about presentations and how to communicate effectively with slides.

The result: A series of sessions that provide insight and practical step-by-step guides to save the team time and effort when developing materials, these being social media content or presentations.
