Magazine design

2025 - Stavanger, Norway

About the project

Following Skretting’s global brand refresh, the local operating companies (OpCos) needed a flexible framework to adapt their internal magazines and bulletins. These publications play a key role in sharing news, stories, and highlights within each local team.

I developed a set of adaptable design guidelines and visual layouts to help local communications teams create on-brand materials while retaining their distinct local character.

The process involved collaborating with OpCos in Turkey, Spain, and Italy, reviewing their existing publications, and identifying opportunities to align with the refreshed brand. The final deliverables included template examples, layout systems, and creative direction that balanced global consistency with local flavour.

This project helped Skretting’s global communications maintain a unified visual identity across regions, while empowering local teams to communicate in a way that feels authentic and culturally relevant.
